Being an elite yelper I find it hard to believe that this place has the ratings it does. Unless my order is a rare occurrence of many bad things added up together I questioned the reliability of the feedback of this restaurant. We ordered beef and broccoli sweet-and-sour shrimp and egg rolls. Here's a recap of what we had. The beef and broccoli: the broccoli was cooked well, the vegetables in it were fine the problem was the beef there was very little of it, it had a weird texture to it and was not very appealing it was also extremely bland, watery gravy watered down would be a good explanation, it seemed very close to like an Italian beef juice.
The sweet-and-sour shrimp, was also pretty horrible. It consisted of butterflied very tiny shrimp heavily breaded, in fact about a 4 to 1 ratio of breading versus shrimp. That said, it to was also flavorless, it was in desperate need of salt or any other type of flavor. Even the sauce with it just didn't seem right. Upon further recollection the shrimp were definitely frozen, as they were somewhat waterlogged which does not make for a good dish.
The eggrolls or skinnier than what I'm used to and we're also tasteless with very little flavor.
To top it off the fortune cookie that they gave I literally spit it out it tasted bad, I've never had that experience with a fortune cookie in my life but that one tasted horrid.
The only reason I ordered here was that my go-to Chinese food restaurant was closed for a couple of weeks as they are on vacation. -

Pick up last night (New Year's Day) took about an hour, but still giving it 5 stars!
We just moved to the area, and there's not a lot of Chinese food to choose from, but this place is hands down the best around. Chicken fried rice and orange chicken are both some of the best I've ever had. -

Love the fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. Pan fried noodles are fantastic. Service is great. I carry out here once a week.
